三 | 食品和能源价格受短期因素的影响较大，观察物价的变化不仅要看CPI，还要看扣除食品和能源之后的核心CPI的变化。7月份，核心CPI环比上涨0.3%，同比上涨0.9%，涨幅都比较稳定。特别是部分的工业消费品和服务价格上涨比较明显，反映了居民消费提质扩容对于物价的支撑。
四 | 具体来看，7月份，扣除能源的工业消费品价格同比上涨1.5%，其中黄金饰品、个人护理用品价格分别上涨24.6%和1.7%；人工智能驱动消费电子产品迭代升级，相关产品的需求旺盛，价格上涨，计算机、平板电脑、移动电话机的价格同比和环比都有所上涨。另外，居民多样化、个性化、品质化的服务消费需求不断释放，带动7月份的服务价格同比上涨0.7%，其中医疗服务、家政服务、在外餐饮价格同比分别上涨4.3%、1.3%和1.0%。另外，随着暑期的文旅出行需求增加，旅行社收费、宾馆住宿、飞机票、交通工具租赁的价格也都比上个月有所上涨。 另外，判断物价的变化，不能只盯着单个月份的数据，还要看累计、看连续多个月份的变化才能够得出更加客观的结论。
